Plenty, if you will ask Fr, Rico Hilario of the Saint Joseph Parish church. With the launching “Payong Tulong sa Pasko at Bagong Taon,” your donation will definitely help a a lot of people.

Payong Tulong is a special project by the parish where the faithfuls can have an umbrella when they purchase tickets worth P 250. The umbrellas currently stand in a form of Christmas tree in the church patio. It is about three stories high.

In an interview, Hilario said that the money generated from the Payong Tulong will be used in constructing the multipupose hall and other projects. “A certain portion ng kikitain doon ay itutulong nating sa Paskong May K,” he said. Paskong May K, on the other hand is a project by the Young Mission Apostles Choir for persons with disabilities.

“They could claim their payong after the Christmas season. May souvenir ka na, nakatulong ka pa,” Hilario added. He also thanked the Cursillistas for constructing the body of the tree.
People who want to purchase tickets can do so in the parish office.
