Every Barasenian must be proud to hear news of young achievers in our town. 2-5 decades ago, many Barasenians were successful in their fields; passing board and bar exams as topnotchers, then being known in their careers, raised families worthy of respect, and became Baras “creme de la crepe”. Ironic as life had been, these same personalities fought fiercely against each other in Baras mayoralty posts. Differences of opinions, distinctive principles, and different views on how to serve their people. Their contributions, though must always be remembered, not only in their professions, but in the fields of community service. To the young professionals, continue to climb ’til you reach the pinnacle of success. Stay away from politics. And above all, PUT FATHER GOD FIRST.
