Sandiganbayan suspends Garciano
Before someone raises their eyebrows about this entry, I”d like to make it clear that I have no bad intention in posting these documents. I arranged all my files at home (both electronic and hard copies) and saw these documents. Before I bind them in a folder, I might as well post it for easy archiving and everyone’s perusal.
These are the documents are court rulings where former Mayor Dionisio Donato Garciano was suspended by the Sandiganbayan First Division. Also included is the hold departure order against the former mayor.
For the next post, a podcast of a heated argument between Councilors Renato Llagas and Ramon Matignas Jr.

mr.adminstrator, mukha po yata talagang naapektohan na ang municipio sa malakas na balita ng pagbalik ni mayor dindo. Ito pong kaso na ito ay ang mailiwanag na harassment ng mga kalaban ni dindo sa pulitika, dahil ang ang makikinabang kung natuloy itong suspension ay ang nakaupong vice mayor noon na si vice mayor willie robles. Sorry po pero ang nakapagpababa kay mayor dindo sa pwesto ay ang kanyang pagkatalo nuong 2004 elections at hindi ang anumang suspension. Ipinakita po niya na hindi niya pinayagan ang bumaba sa pwesto dahil mga strategy ng kanyang mga kalaban na kunin ang kapangyarihan sa pamamagitan ng isang short cut. Nakakalungkot lang po na ang website na iyto ay ginagawa na namang kasangkapan ng nakaupo sa munisipyo para sa paninira. Sayang po ang website na ito. Sayang ang sana’y naging pagtitiwala ko sa fairness ng administrator ng website.

At para po liwanagin lamang, ang kasong ito sa aking pagkakkaalam ay dahil sa pagtanggal ni Mayor Dindo kay SB Sec. Nolasco Vallestero dahil sa diumano’y illegal appointment nito na pinirmahan ng dating vice mayor, sa halip na ang dating mayor.

my point ka kane,, i trusted ds website evrsnce bt i sddenly noticed n prng ndi fair ung treatment btween da past & present officials..bkt ngpa-panic ang mncpyo about mayor dindo’s comeback??!!ndi nyo p nga xa nki2ta ng prsnal ulet eh gnyan n reaksyon nyo, cnmhan p ng mga pni2ra..tlg nga nman,,kung cnong mbunga xa prng bnbato..!!

Before I made this post, I made it clear that it was for reference purposes only. It was never meant to demean anyone. Although I have access with different municipal officials, we have never talked about negatively criticizing anyone. From my standpoint, I have always been fair to anyone, whether it’s administration or opposition. You can review the other posts I made.

It was clearly stated that there was no bad intention by the administrator.As for Kane, wala namang epekto sa mga nanunungkulan kung bumalik o hindi si Dindo. Ang mahalaga sa kanila ngayon ay mapag-igi ang natitirang taon ng kanilang panunungkulan. Masyado pang matagal ang halalan.Hindi nila iniintindi kung bumalik man si Dindo o hindi. So, Shynez, there’s no panic at all if ever there’s a Dindo comeback. Sa totoo lang, kung may ingay man, sa mga ka-alyado lang ni Dindo nagmumula. Subalit, simpot lang ang ingay. Obviously orchestrated by Dindo’s camp to create an atmosphere of a hero’s (kuno!) comeback! Matagal ng istilo yan. Mabuti na lang at hindi pinapatulan ng mga nasa puwesto ngayon. Ang kanilang ina-atupag ay ang mga programa para sa bayan. Please don’t take too hard on the administrator. Hindi naman ‘ata yan tuta ng gobyerno. I had read past comments and postings and a lot were serious criticisms on the present administration. Yet, we didn’t hear the government side on those issues. I heard, hindi naman niya bread-and-butter ang pag-administer ng website and Baras Balita. So, please, let’s not be judgemental!!!

FROM MY LIMITED KNOWLEDGE, THERE WAS A TRO ISSUED TO PREVENT DINDO’S SUSPENSION..
INDEED THERE WAS A PAPER OF SUPENSION BUT I DONT THINK IT WAS IMPLEMENTED BECAUSE OF THE TRO.
I MAY BE WRONG BUT I KNOW IM RIGHT
