P 19, 990, 000 for tax mapping project MOA

If there’s one thing that is difficult to secure in the local government (at least in the Mayor’s office and the departments under it), it will be any document that has something to do with money. I was not allowed to get a copy of the Statement of Assets and Liabilities in the Human Resources Office, whereas I was allowed two years ago. The multi-million tax mapping computerization project is no different. The Office of the Mayor does not have any copy of the Memorandum of Agreement that the mayor signed. I have to ask other people where I could get the document. There are times that you will get a run-around.
