More pictures pa sana, bitin eh!

  2. observer Says:

The new decade begins in 2011. NOT 2010. 2010 is the end of the decade. Everyone knows that.

  3. pg.com Says:

    @observer:ahahaha, tama tama :D

Some of my New year’s resolutions:
    1) do to others what they like to do to you.
    2) help maintain a clean earth.
    3) spend wisely to avoid indebtedness.
    4) work hard, cooperate, and unite for a good purpose.
    5) learn new things and extend wisdom to others.
    6) be honest and accept blame, try to improve if cannot be corrected.
    7) wala ng inom, sigarilyo at pambababae (bakla na lang). lol
… more to list but am afraid cannot keep!

“DECADE”-(definition of decade at dictionary.com)…years beginning with a year whose last digit is ZERO :the decade of the 1980s…

  7. observer Says:

Tama ka Magdalow. Pero hindi ako mali. Kaya walang nalinlang. :) Kaw talaga, makapanira ka lang. Porke’t hindi ako Willie at ikaw ay maka-wilie gusto mo na ko siraan. Chill kabayan, chill. Kung mali ako, pwede mo ko i-correct pero hindi mo kailangan manira. :) Ok? Wag kang lumaro ng ganyan. Pang-pikon at talo lang yang style mo. Galit na galit ka pa, ALL CAPS? ganun? Affected ka. Hahaha. Oh well. DO NOT SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF. Muli, tama ka at tama rin ako. Pareho tayong may punto. HINDI BA TAYO PWEDE MAGKASUNDO DUN? O gusto mo lang ako siraan? Ikaw bahala. Basta ang alam ko ang simula ng bilang ng taon ay 1 hindi zero. Wala namang Zero BC, 1 BC meron :)

“Although any period of ten years is a decade,[2][3] a convenient and frequently referenced interval is based on the tens digit of the calendar year, as in using 1960s to represent the decade from 1960 to 1969.[4][5] Often, for brevity, only the tens part is mentioned (60s or sixties), although this may leave it uncertain which century is meant. These references are frequently used to encapsulate pop culture or other widespread phenomena that dominated such a decade, as in The Great Depression of the 1930s.

Some writers[6] like to point out that since the common calendar starts from the year 1, its first full decade contained the years from 1 to 10, the second decade from 11 to 20, and so on. The interval from the year 2001 to 2010 could thus be called the 201st decade, using ordinal numbers. However, contrary to practices in referencing centuries, ordinal references to decades are quite uncommon.

“In addition to the interpretations noted above, a decade may refer to an arbitrary span of 10 years. For example, the statement “during his last decade, Mozart explored chromatic harmony to a degree rare at the time,” merely refers to the last 10 years of Mozart’s life without regard to which calendar years are encompassed”

anu ba ibig sabihin ng “wtf?”

Galing sa ginamit mo na dictionary.com

    da⋅ta  /ˈdeɪtə, ˈdætə, ˈdɑtə/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [dey-tuh, dat-uh, dah-tuh] Show IPA

    See images of data
–noun 1. a pl. of datum.
    2. (used with a plural verb) individual facts, statistics, or items of information: These data represent the results of our analyses. Data are entered by terminal for immediate processing by the computer.
    3. (used with a singular verb) a body of facts; information: Additional data is available from the president of the firm.

    Usage note:
Data is a plural of datum, which is originally a Latin noun meaning “something given.” Today, data is used in English both as a plural noun meaning “facts or pieces of information” (These data are described more fully elsewhere) and as a singular mass noun meaning “information”: Not much data is available on flood control in Brazil. It is almost always treated as a plural in scientific and academic writing. In other types of writing it is either singular or plural. The singular datum meaning “a piece of information” is now rare in all types of writing. In surveying and civil engineering, where datum has specialized senses, the plural form is datums.

genetive singular indefinite = meaning “alternative” or hindi universaly accepted form ng singular indefinite ng salitang data.

hindi ko na kailangan mag research kasi natutunan ko na to high school pa lang ako. :)

rak en roll!! mwah mwah tsup tsup! :)

Mas tama ang terminong “Datums” kaysa sa “Datas” hindi ito tangap sa formal English Grammar.
