One of the books I’m reading now is “How to Win an Election: Lessons from the Experts,” published by the Ateneo School of Government-Center for Social Policy and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. I bought it two years ago but didn’t had the time to fully read its contents. This early, aspirants for next year’s elections are already cooking up their strategies and platform of government (and the lack thereof).

Traffic was rerouted to the Maharlika Rd (aka Patadyang) when I arrived home this morning. I thought that it was because of the Manila Pen incident yesterday. It turned out that it was the oath taking ceremony of the elected barangay officials.
