FedEx Cares Tree Planting Activity

As part of its corporate social responsibility, employees of logistics company FedEx came to Baras on June 2 in a tree planting activity. In partnership with Haribon Foundation, a thousand seedlings were planted in Sitio Malalim Forest Park. Here’s a video posted in YouTube, notation below:

Hidden tropical paradise in Barangay Concepcion

The first thing that came into my mind when I toured around this forested area was that this is a good place to have a pre-wedding photo shoot. I bet you have seen photos of well-off couples who hire professional wedding photographers to have their pictures taken in the lush green field, with orange-yellowish sunset as the background.
