Battle of the websites

Posted on March 14, 2010, 4:31 AM under Baras in the News

Campaign heats up for the mayoralty position that it even spread in the cyberspace.

Just today, I found another Blogger website posing to be Baras Rizal Online. It even copied/plagiarized the header image www.barasrizal.com uses. The site said “there were some informations that he is not really an attorney,” referring to for Mayor Dionisio Donato Garciano. Curiously, they did not provide any evidence to counter that claim.

guys, as i’ve shown before, i only base my comments on concrete evidence and research-based analysis. last friday, 3:25pm, i went to the office of Supreme Court Clerk of Court, sad to say, the Certification attached to the blogspot site is authentic. Therefore, the evidence being asked by Herbert Crigma is right before your eyes. What you see stated is the truth. So unless the Supreme Court attests that the Certification is not authentic, or what is stated in it is not true, then therefore Atty. Garciano is not.

But what concerns me more is that was there ever an instance where there was misrepresentation done by the subject. Has he ever signed documents as a member of the Philippine Bar? If so, what are the criminal and civil implications of such representation? If elected therefore, will the Municipality be represented now by a violator of laws? Let’s think about the repercussions of such illegal acts to the image of the Municipality.

The municipality is ALREADY represented by a violator of law. No need to go further, and as per the municipality’s image oh well, i dont think anyone can do what the present mayor has done worse.

again my stand is always that we make statements based on proof and evidence. the Supreme Court certification is true and authentic. I hope when you come out with claims that this white SUV and its passengers were the ones involved in the arson incident, then you should come out with pictures or videos, police statements, affidavits, etc. You are the ones trying to influence the minds of voters in Baras to make conclusions against a certain candidate. That is your style of politics for your own candidate. You’ve been using this blogsite and its administrator to demolish people of Baras for your own interests.
