As you passes by Baras this week, you would think that it’s fiesta, again. At least for Barangays San Juan and Santiago. The barangays were filled with banderitas. We cannot blame people from other towns from thinking that Baraseños may be too rich to celebrate fiestas three times a year, with a month in between: last Sunday of January, March 19 and May 1.
